1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual relations between Havlíčkobrodská realitní s.r.o., with its registered office at Dolní 3107, 580 01 Havlíčkův Brod, ID: 27524132, and clients in the mediation of real estate sales. The aim of these terms and conditions is to clearly establish the rules of cooperation, while preserving the personal, family approach that is the foundation of our company.
2. Intermediary contract
The sale of real estate takes place on the basis of a written brokerage agreement. In this agreement, we clearly stipulate the terms of cooperation, the price of the property and the amount of our commission. We always act openly and fairly, which is why we explain all conditions thoroughly and agree in advance.
3. Commissions and payment terms
Our commission is payable only after the successful sale of the property. The amount of the commission is always negotiated individually and indicated in the brokerage contract. The commission includes all costs associated with the sale, including marketing, legal services and administration.
4. Rights and obligations of the client
The Client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information about the property, which may affect its sale. The client will allow us to present the property to interested parties and ensure the availability of the property for tours on pre-arranged dates.
5. Rights and obligations of a realtor
We are committed to acting professionally and to protecting the interests of the client. We will arrange a complete presentation of the property, organize tours, conduct negotiations with interested parties and handle the necessary documentation, including legal services.
6. Termination of cooperationcooperation
Cooperation may be terminated by mutual agreement, fulfillment of the terms of the contract or written termination under the conditions specified in the mediation contract.
7. Protection of personal data
The personal data of clients are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation (GDPR). We guarantee their protection and confidentiality.
8. Legal notice
All information provided in real estate offers published by Havlíčkobrodská realitní s.r.o. is for informational purposes only. This is not a proposal to conclude a contract within the meaning of Section 1731 and Section 1732 of the Civil Code, nor is it a public promise under Section 1733 of the Civil Code. The company Havlíčkobrodská realitní s.r.o in mediation is based on data provided by the owner of the property, which are acquired in good faith. Therefore, they are not responsible for their completeness, correctness or accuracy. At the same time, please note that our company is not entitled to conclude any contracts on the sale or transfer of real estate on behalf of the owner — these legal acts are always carried out exclusively by the owner.
9. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of their publication on our website. Havlíčkobrodská Realty reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Any changes will always be posted on our site.
