Two days for anyone interested in real estate

Real estate is about more than just selling a house or apartment. That is exactly why we are hosting the first Real Estate Days in Havlíčkův Brod.

Throughout both days, our office will host a real estate advice center. Stop by for coffee with a broker, discuss your specific situation, or get a rough valuation of your property. We would also love to show you our new office and introduce you to the Havlíčkobrodská realitní team.

The Real Estate Days will feature several short lectures—covering everything from the history of real estate in Havlíčkův Brod and buying your first home to investments, practical tips for preparing a property for sale, and the use of artificial intelligence in real estate.

Real Estate Days are open to everyone and admission is free. You don't have to attend the entire program—feel free to drop by whenever you like, depending on what interests you.

We recommend registering in advance for individual lectures to ensure you have a seat. You can also book a specific time for a personal consultation to discuss your situation with us in peace.

And because we don't want Real Estate Days to be just about real estate, we will wrap up Friday's program with a concert in the alley in front of our office.
