We would like to inform you about an important change in the ownership structure of the company Havlickobrodska realitní s.r.o., with registered office Dolní 3107, 580 01 Havlíčkův Brod, ID number: 27524132.

On the day Jun 13, 2025 there was a transfer of ownership shares from the previous owner and founder of the company Mr Milan Plodík. His son became the new co-owners of the company Petr Plodik (50% share) and business partner Thomas Bittermann (50% share).

Although there is a generational change in ownership, Milan Plodik. He remains an active part of the team. Together with Tomas Bittermann, he will continue to act as a real estate agent, looking after clients and properties with an emphasis on a personal approach, which is our long-term priority.

Petr Plodik take responsibility for the area IT and marketing activities, in order to develop modern tools and improve the quality of service for our customers.

This change is a step for us to further develop and modernize the company, while maintaining the traditional values on which we have always built our company — professionalism, trust and personal approach to each client.
